What material do you use?

Does it need to be cleaned?
Yes, to keep your jewelry sparkling all year you can use warm soapy water and a gentle toothbrush to bring it back to life. Pat dry and then polish with the cloth provided.

Do you have a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 60-days warranty on all our collections. Both on the weld and tarnish; why does it happen? Jewelry tarnish is caused when the surface of the metal comes into contact with body oils, makeup, sulfur, sweat, perfumes, lotions and other external substances. Come back and we will clean it for you or replace it for a new one.
What if I need to remove it or if it comes off?
Cut it with a pair of scissors from the jump ring. You can come back and we will re-weld it. We charge $10-$20 per rewelds.
We are not responsible for lost jewelry after 7 days, within 7 days we will replace free of charge.
What does permanent jewelry mean?
It means there is no clasp. Please be mindful of your piece when exercising or any general daily activities where it can get caught.
Can I travel or get an MRI?
Yes you can pass through airport security with no problem. Our metals used are non-magnetic, so you should have no issues. However, your doctor will give you the best instruction. You can always come back and have it rewelded.
