ZAFIRO JEWELRY 1 CARAT DIAMOND GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY
 Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Zafiro Jewelry and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
 The giveaway begins on July 21st, 2025, and ends July 28th, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST. The winner will be selected on July 29th.

3. HOW TO ENTER
 To enter, participants must complete the online form and follow @ZafiroJewellers and @Bytartan on Instagram.

4. PRIZES
 One (1) winner will receive the following:

  • A 1.50 - 1.60 carat loose diamond (approximate retail value: $1200)

  • One piece from Zafiro’s The Riviera Edit Collection

  • One Hannah Heart necklace

  • A complimentary personal style consultation by Tartan

  • A $100 Tartan store gift card

5. CONDITIONS TO CLAIM THE DIAMOND
 To claim the loose diamond, the winner must use Zafiro Jewelry to create a custom jewelry piece incorporating the diamond. The winner will receive:

  • A complimentary design consultation

  • A $200 credit toward a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering

The approximate starting cost to create a custom piece is $800 and may increase depending on materials, setting, and design. The $200 CAD credit must be used within 90 days of winner notification, has no cash value, and is non-transferable.

If the winner chooses not to proceed with the custom design, the diamond will not be awarded. You can only receive the diamond if you create the custom piece through Zafiro Jewelry.

6. STYLE SESSION BY TARTAN
 The winner will also receive a complimentary basic personal style consultation from Tartan. This session lasts 45 to 60 minutes and includes:

  • Personalized style analysis

  • Advice based on body type

  • Outfit idea using clothing the participant already owns

  • Tips on combinations, key pieces, and suggested stores

The session can be held virtually (via Zoom, WhatsApp, or FaceTime). In-person home visits are not available.

7. TARTAN GIFT CARD
 The $100 Tartan store gift card must be used directly with Tartan and is valid for use within 90 days of receipt.

8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
 The winner will be selected at random contacted via email or Instagram DM within five (5) business days of selection. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

9. PUBLICITY
 By entering, participants agree to allow Zafiro Jewellers to use their name, image, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. LIMITATIONS
 One entry per person unless otherwise stated. Zafiro Jewellers is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Zafiro reserves the right to disqualify any entry for tampering or violating these official rules.

11. PRIVACY
 Information collected will only be used for winner communication and Zafiro Jewellers marketing purposes, under our Privacy Policy.
